If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund or exchange for your Hijab & Co items, please email us at hellohijabandco@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the items you wish to return, and the reason for your request so that your return can be authorized. A return address will be provided once your request has been approved.

Return Conditions

Your items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for return unless there is a defect. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

If your item is in new condition, you may request an exchange. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict no refund or exchange policy on opened hijabs, scarves, hijab caps, accessories, and formal hijabs.

Sale Items

Any sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions, and measurements before placing your order to make an informed decision.
